Sadly Adobe has discontinued support for the Flash Player as 2021, and so the compiled .swf files no longer run in a browser.
There are other .swf players out there, but I'll leave that to you if you want to use these.
Jan 2024 I have just fund out about the Ruffle emulator and tested it. It works, and here is the link to the Ruffle Download Page.
